Thank you for choosing The Stone Room at 93 Ltd Jewellers. We aim to cater for all budgets and create amazing classic  jewellery pieces. It is the customers responsibility to choose any item of jewellery wisely. Please see our terms and conditions below.

 

Stock items purchased in store may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a credit note or exchange only: Items must be in an unworn, "original condition". This excludes pierced earrings, our made to order wedding rings, diamond bands, engagement rings, special orders, engraved items and bespoke commissions, which are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

We do not sell online or over the phone.

 

Standard manufacturing time is 3 - 4 weeks but can be 6 - 8 weeks at peak times.

This excludes bespoke items which may take longer.

 

Our "Affordable Wedding Rings" are ready for collection / delivery in 3-5 working days subject to stock availability.

 

A "bespoke" item is deemed to be any item that has been made to order.

 

Deposits on items that are made to order are non-refundable.

 

"Original Condition" is defined as an item in new and unused condition where there are zero signs of wear and tear such as scratches or marks of another kind.

 

If you feel there is a "manufacturing fault" with any item purchased you must notify The Stone Room at 93 Ltd within 7 days of purchase. On doing so, The Stone Room will examine the item to determine if there is a fault. Items must be returned in an unworn "original condition" as per the above. Any issues arising there after will automatically not be deemed a manufacturing fault.

 

A “manufacturing fault” is deemed to be damage to an item that has occurred during production. Please note that all items leave our premises in perfect condition.

 

Items showing signs of wear, have been altered or resized by another jeweller other than The Stone Room at 93 Ltd, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

 

Items that have been damaged by the customer in any way cannot be accepted for return. This includes the loss or damage of any component.

 

We are not responsible or liable for the loss or damage of any item(s) or their components once the item(s) has left our premises.

 

We do not cover damages from accidents, lack of care or general wear and tear.

 

The customer will be liable for any costs incurred to repair a damaged item.

 

Products do not come with a lifetime guarantee.

 

We do not undertake repairs or resizing or items that have been purchased from another jewellery retailer.
