Terms and Conditions


Thank you for choosing The Stone Room at 93 Ltd Jewellers. We aim to cater for all budgets and can create amazing jewellery pieces to your designs. It is the customers responsibility to choose any item of jewellery wisely. Please see our terms and conditions below.


We accept a minimum of a 50% deposit on all items ordered with us and expect collection and the balance to be paid within 8 weeks of the initial order date, unless otherwise agreed with The Stone Room at 93 Ltd.


The Stone Room at 93 Ltd reserve the right to retain customer deposits and cancel orders on overdue items.


Items purchased in store may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a credit note or exchange only: Items must be in an unworn, "original condition". This excludes pierced earrings, our bespoke wedding rings, our bespoke diamond bands, special orders, engraved items and bespoke commissions, which are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.


A "bespoke" item is deemed to be any item that has been made to order.


"Original Condition" is defined as an item in new and unused condition where there are zero signs of wear and tear such as scratches or marks of another kind.


Items showing signs of wear, have been altered or resized by another jeweller other than The Stone Room at 93 Ltd, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.


Items that have been damaged by the customer in any way cannot be accepted for return. This includes the loss or damage of any component.


We are not responsible or liable for the loss or damage of any item(s) or their components once the item(s) has left our premises.


We do not cover damages from accidents, lack of care or general wear and tear.


We do not repair, alter or remodel jewellery that has been purchased from another jeweller.


The customer will be liable for any costs incurred to repair a damaged item.
